1. Overview

At Goddess Esthetics, all product sales and service bookings are final. Due to the nature of professional skincare products and customized beauty services, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing a purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

All services provided at Goddess Esthetics — including facials, waxing, lash, brow, and acne treatments — are performed with care, professionalism, and expertise.

• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or completion, depending on the service.
• Once a service has been rendered, no refunds or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home care.
• Prepaid packages, deposits, and series are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have any concerns about your service, please contact Tia directly within 48 hours of your appointment so adjustments or recommendations can be discussed.

3. Skincare & Retail Products

All skincare and retail product sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened items.

If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email goddessesthetics@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

Approved replacements for damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

All clients are required to disclose allergies, medications, or sensitivities before receiving any treatment or purchasing products. Goddess Esthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed information, misuse, or deviation from recommended aftercare.

5. Appointment Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules made without sufficient notice may result in forfeited deposits or full-service charges, as outlined in the studio’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.
