Thank you for choosing Goddess Esthetics for your skincare and waxing needs. Your appointments are very important to me, and I value your time as much as I value mine. To provide the best service to all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policies:
1. Card on File
• A valid card must be on file to secure your appointment time.
• Your card will only be charged if you break the cancellation or no-show policy outlined below.
• Please note: Your card information is securely stored within my Square appointment scheduling system, and I never have access to your full card details.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so on the Square site where you scheduled, as long as it’s before the 24-hour mark.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly via phone or text message at 406-696-2745. Text is the fastest and easiest way to reach me!
• Cancellations or reschedules cannot be done via email, website messages, or social media messages to ensure timely communication.
3. Appointment Reminders
• You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a final reminder text 24 hours prior. It is your responsibility to confirm, cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour mark to avoid fees.
4. Late Cancellations or Reschedules
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 95% of the scheduled service price.
• This policy ensures fairness to all clients and compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you.
5. Rescheduling Policy
• Clients may reschedule no more than two appointments per month with more than 48 hours’ notice. This helps ensure availability for all clients and maintains the studio’s schedule integrity.
6. Feeling Unwell
• If you are feeling sick, please notify me as soon as possible. While my late cancellation policy still applies, I appreciate your understanding that keeping myself and my family healthy is a top priority. I will do my best to work with you in these situations if communicated promptly.
7. Weather and Emergencies
• My cancellation policy still applies in the event of snow or inclement weather; however, I reserve the right to waive fees based on my discretion.
• I understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen, and I will always do my best to accommodate genuine situations when communicated promptly.
8. No-Shows
• If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full cost (100%) of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file.
• To reschedule, the missed appointment fee must be paid in full, along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the new appointment cost.
• If you no-show or late-cancel more than once, you will no longer be able to book future appointments at my studio, or pre pay the full amount of the future appointment at the time of booking. This decision will be made at my discretion.
9. Timeliness
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee will apply.
This policy allows me to maintain a high level of service for all my clients while respecting my livelihood and the value of my time. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
